Legislation in force Drinking Water
The main regulation in force on water intended for human consumption is Royal Decree 140/2003, of February 7, which defines the sanitary criteria for the quality of drinking water. This regulation has been amended by Royal Decrees 314/2016, of July 29, and 902/2018, of July 20.
