EMABESA is a municipal company founded in 1994 with the aim of taking over the entire management of the municipality's water resources. In 2000, in order to provide EMABESA with a technological partner that would contribute its "know-how", Aqualia, a company specialized in water management and belonging to the FCC group, a leader in the services sector, joined EMABESA's share capital.
