Our History
The "Empresa Municipal de Aguas de Benalmádena", EMABESA, was constituted on February 8, 1994 by the Benalmádena City Council as a municipal company for the provision of services related to the integral water cycle: supply, sewerage and purification. It was created in response to the concern of the Benalmádena City Council for the environment and the desire to achieve greater efficiency in the management of water resources in a municipality in constant growth.
